I went very high up in the company to beg for a 2nd appraisal to be ordered on this Short Sale, as this value was very skewed. We got the 2nd appraisal in. It was more on point and after two months of diligent work regarding this value issue, we got this Short Sale closed for this client.

 

 

Bottom Line-Make sure your real estate agent cares about you, your situation and getting your home sold-if the offer makes sense, your agent needs to push until it is impossible to push any more to try to get things done for you.
