It was more on point and after two months of diligent work regarding this value issue, we got this Short Sale closed for this client.
Bottom Line-Make sure your real estate agent cares about you, your situation and getting your home sold-if the offer makes sense, your agent needs to push until it is impossible to push any more to try to get things done for you.
